All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to meet the shipping timelines stated in our policy, DNMachining, LLC is not liable for any delays in shipment once the order has been handed to the carrier. The risk of loss for all products purchased passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate at checkout. DNMachining, LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Items
In the event that an item arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs of both the packaging and the contents. Reports of damage must be sent to marcus.dnmachine@gmail.com within 48 Hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or claim. Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until the claim process is complete.
